Located in the South of England, Amtek Process Ltd represents the special purpose fluids handling and control branch of the Amtek Group Ltd. We offer a flexible approach in a wide range of industries, to develop your process concepts into reality.

Working, either along side you within existing protocols or as a stand alone consultancy, we will innovate solutions and engineer mass flow, energy balances, line sizing, etc. together with process control and safety strategies towards an efficient, well balanced system.

As the design progresses from the PFD, P&ID and Functional Specification development phase, we will select proprietary equipment & instrumentation to develop plant layout drawings including vessels, machinery, distribution systems and support structures.

Supported by the mechanical design and draughting expertise from the Amtek Engineering team, we are able to offer turnkey design solutions using a variety of 3D CAD, FEA and CFD systems, through to detail drawings, piping isometrics and materials lists.

We are happy to project manage or assist through to completion, bringing your system to its fully commissioned and operational state. Although we do not generally manufacture, we have good working relationships with a variety of fabricators and contractors who can.
