After some beavering away behind the scenes, we have now launched our new Customer Portal which provides a link between customer records and our internal Job and Accounting Reporting System (JARS)
What it is and what it can do for you:
- See a list of your currently active projects and see at a glance the latest review record associated with each project
- Access the full review history for all your projects
- Access any change control records associated with the project
- Retrieve the FTP login details if available, or request FTP access
- Connect to the download area related to your account
How to register:
- Visit http://customers.amtek-group.co.uk
- Click the register link and complete the details requested
- Click on the validation link in the email the system sends you
- Login!
Is it secure?

As the system knows which email domains are registered with which customer and requires a link in a validation email to be followed, this ensures that only people with access to the email addresses linked to the customer account can retrieve those records.
The passwords are encrypted in our database, but you can request a new password should you need to - this will be sent by email to the address linked with the account
Can anyone use it?

Anyone with a recognised email domain name can register for their own account - there are no restrictions on how many people can register per customer.
The system is in its early days at the moment, and will evolve to better suit your needs - if there's something it doesn't do that would help you, then let us know
